Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty due to damage during the delivery process. If this is the case we will need photo evidence proof of the item damaged including the parcel it was delivered in. You can contact us by email:
  • We must be notified within 48 hours of the item(s) being delivered if your item is faulty to be able to process a return/refund.
  • We do not allow returns/refunds if the item(s) has not been opened, used or was ordered to the wrong address. 

If we accept your item(s) it will either be replaced with the item(s) you have purchased or a refund will be processed within 24 hours.

The refund will take 7-14 business working days dependant on the payment process you have selected: Paypal or Stripe.
