I make these by hand and in small batches from a family recipe I have had for many years except changing the beef suet to sustainable vegetarian suet.They are steamed in Traditional mason bowls. Each pudding will be presented in a tradition mason bowl tied with a cotton cloth, a lucky sixpence for you to add to the pudding , and finished with seasonal cotton and ribbon.
